  Now noticed my TV converter doesn't work. Took it to the front desk. STILL WAITING FOR ANOTHER CONVERTER 30 MINUTES LATER. No one has come with a new one. Converter returned. STILL doesn't work!!!!!! Being an Elite member, there should be some sort of compensation, upgrade or something. WORST STAY EVER!!!!!! Never again!!!!!! I manage properties in Sarnia and I will gain my many points at the hotel next door where the deficiencies are few and I can enjoy my stay. WORST business trip ever, thanks Holiday Inn!!!!!!

  I have been staying at this hotel for over 1 years now. Probably well over 25 visits that has taken me to Elite status. Checked in today for another business stay in Sarnia.

  Hotel is nice. Rooms are clean and decent. If you want king bed you can't get updated rooms, restaurant is way overpriced for what you get. Front staff very friendly and professional

  Someone dropped the ball. My 3rd stay here in 3 years. Overall great staff and stay.

  They immediately delivered one but I had to approach the front desk. Request was on the screen.

  Started on room 152. Sink was totally clogged. Called front desk, maintenance came, took the sink apart said all was good. He left and sink was still clogged. Moved to room 150. Guess what, this sink clogged as well. Tired of playing musical rooms.

  We took our daycare for a fancy lunch. Everything from the reservation to paying the bill was awesome. The price of the kids meals are amazing and the food was great. The server was great and awesome with our 3 daybabies. Hotel staff took time to say hi as well. Rachel took our reservation and as promised had 3 high chairs waiting for us. I want to go now for a dinner with my husband. I didn't know it was so wonderful there.
