  Ice machine on our floor was broken, not a big deal as there is one on every floor. My only issue was the low water pressure which caused the shower to take a good 2-3 minutes to warm up past lukewarm. On a positive note, free hot breakfast and comfortable beds made up for the water pressure

  If you forget things at checkout, it might get stolen! I was originally pleasantly surprised when I checked into my room. The staff was friendly, the room was awesome. My issue came after I checked out. I was running late for a meeting and didn't check the room like I usually do. I had left my suit pants hanging in the closet of my room. My bad for forgetting. When I realized, this was a few hours later, I called the hotel to have them put aside for me. They informed me that it had not made it to housekeeping lost and found. I had suggested that maybe it was missed and is still in the room. They told me that the housekeepers always check the rooms and nothing would be left. I decided to show up at the hotel in person, and I have to say, that even though I felt put off on the phone, when I got to the hotel, the staff at the desk was very friendly and helpful. She told me that they still had not turned up. So I gave it a couple days before writing this review to see if they would follow up, they haven't. This was an expensive suit and a brand name. Based on the information that was given to me about how thorough the housekeeping staff is, there is nothing else to believe that they found my suit pants and decided to take them, not turn them in. Especially since I called back just a few hours after checkout to get them back. I would make sure that anyone who stays here triple check before checkout, because it is obvious that at least one of the staff has "sticky fingers". There has been no follow up at this point from the hotel! Definitely will not go back, which is unfortunate because aesthetically it is a nice hotel!

  There's only ONE waffle machine at thr breakfast area where there were tons of people waiting for it and it's taking forever to make waffle. Some people made a couple of waffles a time while there's a long line up. By the time it was my turn the breakfast was closing. The lady who works at the breakfast area was very rude that she put the waffle tank away when as it stroke 10 o'clock (breakfast closing time)and I was the next one in line and i didn't get to make a waffle! How rude is that! Coffee area run out of cream and staff said that the cream should have put away beyond breakfast time!

  Great hotel, great location and great staff. What more can you ask for? I will definitely stay there next time I am in Sarnia.

  Comfortable rooms with modern furnishings. The location is right off the motorway, and close to downtown. Free breakfast is offered in the morning, and plenty of hot coffee!
